The company was founded in 1998 as “PRIMESEAL BUIILDERS & INDUSTRIES” with four incorporators. It started in trading various  Construction Chemicals and later specialized in Waterproofing Works

With the continuous advancement in the construction industry, the company was determined in employing experienced technical and construction personnel from various fields of construction, in order to cope up with the rigid competition. Technical  staff as well as skilled personnel are being sponsored by the company to attend trainings and seminars in order to enhance their technical capabilities .As a result , the company was later  recognized to be among top ten(10) most reliable contractor of Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines inc. and a member of the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP)
